Resolution 2025-01

WHEREAS, the Myerstown Water Authority in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and Standard Specifications must set fees and charges, and

THERFORE, be it resolved that the following fees and charges have been continued, added or modified, and

FURTHERMORE, be it resolved that the below listed fees for charges will take effect January 1, 2025 and may be amended at any time at the discretion of the Myerstown Water Authority by subsequent resolution.
